Occasionally I'm asked for a fun and engaging tool Students can use to record their voices and listen or play back. Teachers will ask me for these types of tools for biography projects, science projects, with ESL activities in the classroom and so many more great ideas. They want 'that' tool that will attract the Student's attention, be easy to use and have that special blend of work & fun! But what is "that tool"?? Then...along comes Chatterpix Kids! A Free app in the App Store, Chatterpix Kids offers a gallery of images or the option to take your own pictures or use a picture from your device's Photo Album. With a quick finger swipe on the image that creates the mouth and a 30 second recording, you have a captivating final project that kids will love to watch and present to the Class. Other features include photo editing, a variety of stickers and frames and the ability to add text. All the features are easy to add and lend to the overall experience. Once complete, you tap on the phone icon to save it to the device. It's a snap! Chatterpix is rated for ages 6-8, but I think even our older Elementary Students will enjoy working with it!
