Today's Meet (https://todaysmeet.com/) is a Discussion Board or Back Channel and is perfect for use with Students to discuss any topic under the planet!  Once you launch the program, you can either get started right away without signing in or use the signup option which gives more features for the end user.  It is easy to use from all perspectives and acts in real time.  The 'Room' can be set up to stay open for hours, days, months or a year.  Students can access it anywhere there is an internet connection....home, school, other classrooms, etc.
