What can I say to Myself...and to my Students?

I have the great fortune of being able to share Technology with all our Students at School. They come into the Lab on their Encore scheduled time and excitedly look at me and always ask: "What are we going to do today?"  I get excited too!  But with any subject or any new activity, there can be that level of frustration or feelings of failure, especially if one Student gets it and others do not.  I like this chart!  It gives a positive twist of what to think in situations.
It's all in the way you look at things that makes the difference.  Encouraging words, said in very positive tones, could very well be the difference between engaging activity versus total shut down and melt down.  I printed this out....laminated it....and now it is a part of my Lab decor for all to see and practice!

Encouraged!
